By accessing or using the Victoria Car Wreckers PTY LTD website (victoriacarwreckers.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Our Parts
All parts sold by Victoria Car Wreckers PTY LTD are used/second-hand unless explicitly stated otherwise. Parts are sold in the condition they were removed from the donor vehicle. We specialise in cosmetic and exterior parts including bumpers, doors, mirrors, bonnets, guards, headlights, taillights, windscreens and tailgates.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any part purchased is suitable for their specific vehicle. We recommend verifying compatibility before purchasing by contacting our team directly.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days from the date of quote unless otherwise stated. Quotes provided over the phone or via email are estimates only and may vary upon physical inspection of the part.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full prior to or at the time of collection of parts. We accept cash, bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed at the time of sale.
5. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on major exterior parts (doors, bonnets, guards) of 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty covers the part being free from defects not disclosed at the time of sale. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused during installation or improper fitting
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after the part has left our premises
- Parts sold as-is or specifically noted as damaged
- Electrical components including lights and indicators
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided the part is in the same condition as sold and has not been fitted or installed. A restocking fee may apply. Parts that have been painted, modified or fitted are non-returnable.
7. Cash for Cars
Vehicle purchase prices are provided as quotes only and are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. Victoria Car Wreckers PTY LTD reserves the right to adjust or withdraw a quote after inspection if the vehicle's condition differs from the description provided. The seller confirms they are the legal owner of the vehicle and it is free of finance or encumbrances.
8. Limitation of Liability
Victoria Car Wreckers PTY LTD's liability is limited to the purchase price of the part. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use parts purchased from us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
